Handling Fees for Arranged Travel

Handling Fees
A．In the case of combined arrangements for accommodation facilities and transportation facilities・sightseeing tickets・airline tickets, etc.
Within 30％ of the total travel cost
※The minimum shall be the combined amount of 500 yen per arrangement per accommodation facility, etc., 500 yen per arrangement per transportation facility, etc., 500 yen per arrangement per sightseeing ticket, etc., and 1,000 yen per person per segment for airline ticket reservations・issuance.
B．When arranging accommodation facilities, etc. only
Within 30％ of the cost per arrangement per accommodation facility, etc.（minimum 500 yen）
C．When arranging transportation facilities, etc. only
Within 30％ of the cost per arrangement per transportation facility, etc.（minimum 1,000 yen）
D．When arranging sightseeing tickets, etc. only

Within 30％ of the cost per arrangement per item（minimum 1,000 yen）
E．When arranging airline tickets only
Within 30％ of the airfare per person per segment（minimum 1,000 yen）
Tour Escort Service Fee（excluding actual travel expenses such as accommodation, transportation costs, etc.）

Change Procedure Fees・Cancellation Fees
Within 30％ of the travel costs related to the accommodation facilities・transportation facilities・sightseeing tickets・airline tickets, etc. that were changed・cancelled. The minimum shall be the combined amount of at least 500 yen per arrangement per accommodation facility, etc., 500 yen per arrangement per transportation facility, etc., 500 yen per arrangement per sightseeing ticket, etc., and 500 yen per person per airline ticket segment.
Communication Expenses
When, at the customer's request, urgent communications are made for local arrangements, etc.
500 yen per case（telephone charges, telegram charges are separate）

(Note)

１　If changes or cancellations are made at the customer's request, in addition to cancellation fees stipulated by transportation facilities, accommodation facilities, etc., the above change procedure fees and cancellation procedure fees will be charged.
２　If staying consecutive nights at the same accommodation facility, they will be treated collectively as one case.
３　Any costs already paid or to be paid to accommodation・transportation facilities, etc. under the name of cancellation fees・accommodation charges・penalties or otherwise will be charged separately.
４　Consumption tax is not included in any of the above fees. Please pay it separately.

Consultation Fees

Sightseeing Travel
(1)Consultation for preparing the customer's travel plan
Basic fee（up to 30 minutes） 　　5,000 yen
Each additional 30 minutes　　　 　　 3,000 yen
(2)Preparation of a travel plan
Per day of the travel itinerary 5,000 yen
(3)Estimate of expenses required for travel（in the case of travel combining arrangements for transportation facilities and accommodation facilities, etc.）
Basic fee 　　 　　5,000 yen and 3,000 yen per day of the travel itinerary
(4) Provision of information regarding travel destinations and transportation, accommodation facilities, etc.
1,000 yen per sheet of materials（A4 size）
(5) On-site consultation at the customer's request
5,000 yen added to the fees in (1) through (4)
(Note) The above fees do not include consumption tax. Please pay it separately.

Other Fees

(1)Transfers to and from airports, etc.
However, only when requested by the customer（per dispatched employee）30,000 yen（transportation expenses, accommodation expenses are separate）
(2)When transfers to and from the airport are provided late at night, early in the morning, on Sundays, or on holidays

国内旅行

手配旅行に係る取扱料金

取扱料金
ア．宿泊機関と運送機関・観光券・航空券等の複合手配の場合
ご旅行費用総額の30％以内
※宿泊機関等1件1手配につき500円、運送機関等1件1手配につき500円、観光券等1件1手配につき500円、航空券予約・発券1名様1区間につき1,000円の合算額を下限とします。
イ．宿泊機関等を単一に手配する場合
宿泊機関等1件1手配につき費用の30％以内（下限500円）
ウ．運送機関等を単一に手配する場合
運送機関等1件1手配につき費用の30％以内（下限1,000円）
エ．観光券等を単一に手配する場合
観光券等を単一に手配する場合観光券等
1件1手配につき費用の30％以内（下限1,000円）
オ．航空券を単一に手配する場合
1名様1区間につき航空運賃の30％以内（下限1,000円）
添乗サービス料金（宿泊、交通費等の旅行実費を除く。）
添乗員1人1日につき100,000円
変更手続料金・取消料金
当該変更・取消された宿泊機関・運送機関・観光券・航空券等に係る旅行費用の30％以内。宿泊機関等1件1手配につき500円以上、運送機関等1件1手配につき500円、観光券等1件1手配につき500円、航空券1人1区画につき500円の合算額を下限とします。
連絡通信費
お客様の依頼により緊急に現地手配等の為の通信連絡を行った場合等
1件につき500円（電話料、電報料は別）

(注)

１　お客様の希望により、変更又は取消しを行う場合は、運送機関、宿泊機関等の定める取消料のほか、上記変更手続料金、取消手続料金を申し受けます。
２　同一の宿泊機関に連泊する場合は、まとめて１件として扱います。
３　宿泊・運送機関等に対し、取消料・宿泊料・違約金その他の名目ですでに支払いまたは、これから支払う費用は別途申し受けます。
４　上記の各料金については、消費税が含まれておりません。別途お支払い下さい。

相談料金

観光旅行
(1)お客様の旅行計画作成のための相談
基本料金（30分まで） 　　5,000 円
以降30分ごと　　　 　　 3,000円
(2)旅行計画の作成
旅行日程１日につき 5,000円
(3)旅行に必要な費用の見積り（運送機関と宿泊機関等の手配が複合した旅行の場合）
基本料金 　　 　　5,000円と旅行日程１日につき 3,000円
(4) 旅行地及び運送、宿泊機関等に関する情報提供
資料（Ａ４版）１枚につき1,000円
(5) お客様の依頼による出張相談
上記(1)から(4)までの5,000円増

(注) 上記の各料金については、消費税が含まれておりません。別途お支払い下さい。

その他の料金

(1)空港等への送迎
ただし、お客様の依頼による場合のみ（派遣した社員１名につき）30,000円（交通費、宿泊費は別）
(2)空港への送迎を深夜、早朝、日曜日、休祭日に行った場合
ただし、お客様の依頼による場合のみ（派遣した社員１名につき）(1)の料金に 5,000 円増（交通費、宿泊費は別）
